印尼在4月17日舉行總統大選，根據非官方調查機構的結果指出，印尼現任總統佐科威(Joko Widodo)，以約55%的得票率勝過對手普拉博沃(Prabowo Subianto)，有望連任總統。實際結果須待到5月22日印尼選委會公布，但該機構在印尼歷屆選舉上預測的都相當正確，因此佐科威極可能在今年10月展開第二個五年總統任期。 從佐科威上任以來，積極的改革經濟，鎮守節節敗退的經濟成長率。另一方面，佐科威也持續放寬投資限制並設立許多新創友善政策，若此次成功連任，勢必能為印尼創業投資環境塑造出全新的美好氣象。 擁護民主，創造經濟成長復甦 印尼是全球人口最多的穆斯林國家，在威權統治盛行的東南亞地區中是民主的燈塔，若佐科威能順利連任，將繼續帶動印尼的民主。 在經濟方面，印尼的經濟成長從2011年開始走下坡，從原先的6.2%跌到4.9%，在佐科威2014年上任後不斷進行經濟改革，在2016年才恢復經濟成長上升的狀態，預計在2020年能回到5.5%的成長率，並可望在2030成為全球經濟規模最大國家之一。 根據陳苓在MoneyDJ理財網-「印尼大選登場！佐科威或連任 外資湧入股債市 幣值彈」指出：「外資也在近五年的改革後對印尼重燃興趣，法巴新興市場固定收益副主管Jean-Charles Sambor說，越來越多資金流入印尼股債市，要是佐科威勝選，外資錢潮將挹注印尼資本帳，帶動印尼盾續強。」 致力推動創業友善環境，鼓勵年輕人創新 佐科威多次展現了對新創的友善態度，包含在Go-Jek(印尼第一家獨角獸企業)宣告在鄉村上市的盛會中出席，也出現在Bukalapak(印尼四家獨角獸企業之一)九周年派對上，更在總統候選辯論會當中，質詢他的對手普拉伯沃對於支持獨角獸企業會有什麼作為。 此外，Bukalapak曾表態不希望佐科威連任總統，引發了支持佐科威的選民發起卸載Bukalapak app的運動(#UninstallBukalapak)，佐科威卻出面介入調停：「希望大家停止卸載活動，因為我們必須鼓勵那些有創意和創造力的年輕人不斷的向前邁進，持續創新。」大度的展現自己支持新創的理念。 隨著獨角獸企業(unicorns)近幾年對於印尼的經濟成長顯得越來越重要，佐科威也陸續設立了許多對創業友善的政策，從2015年至2017年已做了16點改善投資環境的方案，也期望在2020年能扶植1000家以上的新創公司。這些政策包含了媒合在地企業與海外投資者的計畫、發放補助金給孵蛋器、降低電子商務公司申請低息貸款的門檻，也提供年營業額低於480萬印尼盾的公司簡化的稅務程序。 「雖然印尼經濟已經有一定程度的穩定，但我仍不滿意，我們的投資環境還不夠吸引人。」 佐科威也在今年4月放寬50個行業的外資限制，稱之為「爆炸性改革」(“big bang”)，也宣布印尼未來會持續開放、放寬投資限制、精簡法規，以吸引更多外資挹注印尼，刺激印尼的經濟成長，讓許多外國的企業非常的樂見，也不禁讚賞：「佐科威近日的經濟改革正朝著正確的方向在前進。」 奪下下個5年，創造印尼經濟高峰 「在2025年讓印尼晉升中高所得國」是印尼政府的目標，若佐科威如快速統計結果一樣順利連任總統，持續經濟改革，這樣的目標指日可待，對外資開放可望再創高峰，創業環境也勢必會更加友善。雖然情況樂觀，但一切還是未定數，待5月22日統計結果出爐後，許多尚在觀望中的外資才能決定其在印尼拓展的下一步，讓我們一起持續關注印尼的發展。 STARTBOARD團隊整理報導/許翔宇撰文 ※參考資料 Widodo courts 'cool factor' of unicorns to appeal to young voters (NIKKEI) https://asia.nikkei.com/Politics/Widodo-courts-cool-factor-of-unicorns-to-appeal-to-young-voters 印尼大選 佐科威可望連任總統 (聯合新聞網) https://udn.com/news/story/11314/3762264 快速計票領先！印尼總統佐科威「自行宣布當選」 對手拒認敗選 (Ettoday新聞雲) https://www.ettoday.net/news/20190418/1425477.htm 「我對印尼的自由化仍不滿意」佐科威宣布大幅對外資開放 程度創10年之最(關鍵評論) https://www.thenewslens.com/article/36594 印尼大選登場！佐科威或連任 外資湧入股債市 幣值彈 (Money DJ理財網) https://www.moneydj.com/KMDJ/News/NewsViewer.aspx?a=06926da0-1829-4a27-b0ec-5909950462ce Indonesia … Continue reading 佐科威連任：啟動印尼新創大鳴大放的下個五年
